Here is the list of the shops you can find in Hyrule.

Comment on this shop: Talk to the bird at the left of the containers, then stand in front of one of them and examine it to know the product price. Take some of it using an empty bottle, then look at the box near the bird in order to pay the required amount (the box with a rupee on it).
If you pay less than the amount, the bird will label you as a cheapsake and will become angry...
But if you pay more than the amount, he will keep the tip!
You can also pay before taking the product, or leave without paying, but if you do so, he will peck you!

Goron's Shop, Death Mountain (hot springs)

Comment on this shop: Barns can buy your bombs at the left of his shop. He sells once a bomb bag which contains 30 bombs for 120 rupees.

Young Goron's Shop, Kakariko Village (opened only at night and opens only after completing Death Mountain)

Comment on this shop: In order to make this shop open (in place of Chudley's Fine Goods and Fancy Trinkets Emporium), you have to donate to the old Goron located in Kakariko's Malo Mart. He will appear once you get the Master Sword. First, you have to give him 1000 rupees for the repairs of the bridge at the west of the town, then for the building of the castle branch, you have to either
- give him 2000 rupees, or
- talk to the Goron in front of Kakariko's Malo Mart, who will give you hot spring water that you have to bring to the Goron in front of the bridge near from the west exit of Castle Town, crossing Eldin Province (you have to hurry and beware of monsters). Then the old Goron will ask for only 200 rupees!
